A
17-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in police

He

Stephen fell to the ground, hitting his head.
At

He
was taken to hospital by ambulance but died a short time later.
A
post mortem examination concluded that Stephen had died from head injuries.
Detective
Chief Inspector Jon Chadwick, from Greater Manchester Police's Major Incident
Team, said: "Such a sad end to what was very much a normal Saturday is a
tragedy and we have been working tirelessly since Stephen was found to try and
piece together exactly what happened to him.
"We
believe Stephen was attacked before he fell to the ground so it is important
that we speak to everyone who saw him before he was found.
