Incompetent idiots!!

Recieved a valuation from these muppets, a arrogant yob turned up, managed to knock at the wrong house, when he did make it to my house, undervalued the property (I have since sold for £14,000 more than they quoted) Was quite rude and couldn't answer any questions which I asked him, I was actually quite relieved when he left!. A few months after they came to my property and I had sold, I went into thier Leigh office, as I had seen a house that both myself and my wife were very keen to view, I was greeted by a extremely miserable looking women, who acknowledged me with a glare, then continued her telephone conversation for a further 10 minutes, in the end I left with just a copy of the local property paper to hand!!! Needless to say I would not recommend this estate agency to anyone.
