I notice in the local papers in the hall of shame section that there is a least three people a week in Leigh who still think they are above the law and use their mobile phones whilst driving.

with all the road alterations on astley street,why do people park on the path,instead of in the bays provided,causing cars to swerve into on coming traffic,surely police can inforce the law and put the money from fines towards things which will benefit the area.
