Electrical components and heat shrink sleeving/cable protection

We are a local supplier of cable protection/identification products. Indeed a well layed out website ,easy navigation and very informative.
and an interesting array of products, some of which I may require from time to time.
Whilst I have been aware of this company for quite a while I am unsure if a trade counter exists at the premises or not, nor does the website indicate personal callers are welcome.
Finally there is a link for sales on the website,however I feel there should be an additional link for technical/support.
Save for the two, hopefully criticisms an excellent site
